مشروع ESAGOV (التعليم العالي الجزائري في زمن الحوكمة الجامعية)

يهدف ESAGOV (التعليم العالي الجزائري في زمن الحوكمة الجامعية) إلى تحسين ودعم إجراءات ضمان جودة الحوكمة في الجامعات الجزائرية من خلال بناء مشاريع مؤسساتها، تمس مختلف المستويات وذلك بالاعتماد على مكتسباتها وإنجازاتها.  

أهداف مشروع ESAGOV الخاصة:

• دعم دور الجامعات في التعريف بمهامها الخاصة وذلك لانتهاج الاستقلالية، من خلال تحديد مشروع خاص بكل مؤسسة، منبثق عن التنسيق بين الفاعلين في الحياة الجامعية ومعبر عن مميزاته وتخصصاته ومجال تفوقه.
• دعم المهارات الإستراتيجية لمسيري الجامعة وموظفيها وإدارييها.   
• دعم إجراءات التقييم والجودة في المؤسسات خاصة فيما يتعلق بتقريب خلايا ضمان الجودة والتكوين البيداغوجي.

ESAGOV(l'Enseignement Supérieur Algérien à l'heure de la Gouvernance Universitaire) vise à améliorer et renforcer la démarche-qualité de la gouvernance dans les universités algériennes à partir de la construction de leur projet d’établissement. Le projet entend agir à différents niveaux, tout en s’appuyant sur les acquis et réalisations des universités algériennes.

Les objectifs spécifiques du projet ESAGOV sont :

- Le renforcement du rôle des universités dans la définition de leurs propres missions, essentiel pour poursuivre la démarche d’autonomisation à travers la définition d’un projet d’établissement propre à chaque université, issu d’un processus de concertation entre tous les acteurs de la vie universitaire et traduisant ses particularités, spécialisations et domaine d’excellence ;

- Le renforcement des compétences stratégiques des dirigeants et personnels académique et administratif de l’université ;

- Un renforcement du dispositif d’évaluation et de la démarche-qualité au sein des institutions notamment par le rapprochement des cellules d’assurance-qualité et de formation pédagogique.

The University of Algiers2 “Abou El KacemSaâdallah” is delighted to invite the Spanish language department’ students from the three cycles; Bachelor, Masters and PhD. to apply for the scholarship offered by the Alicante University in Spainwithin the framework of the Erasmus+ KA107 projects for the academic year 2019/2020.

              - تودع الملفات على مستوى الكليات والمعاهد، وتنجز البطاقات وشهادات التسجيل بنيابة مديرية الجامعة .

              - يودع الملف في ثلاث نسخ (حيث ينشأ لدى القسم ونيابة العمادة / أو المعهد المكلفة بدراسات ما بعد التدرج ملفات مماثلة).

              - تمنح نيابة مديرية الجامعة شهادة تسجيل ، ويمنح القسم أو العمادة شهادة مدرسية بناء على طلب المعني.
