Authentication of university degrees

According to the instructions for the development of the public service and the implementation of the electronic administration issued by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Professor Tahar Hadjar,

Ensuring the development of the University Abou El Kacem Saadallah, and following the decision made by the Rector of the University, Professor Zerdaoui Fatiha,

Under the supervision of the Vice-Rector of Postgraduation and Scientific Research and University Habilitation,, Professor Aifa Elhadj,

And according to the published correspondence relating to the authentication of diplomas, No. 444 of July 29, 2000,

The Archive Department announces the start of the authentication of the university degrees through the link of the Department. To simplify and save time, we ask users, institutions and individuals to follow the steps below.

The authentication of the diplomas issued by University Abou El Kacem Saadallah proceeds as follows:

 

 

    • Scanning the authentication request bearing the signature and the stamp of the head of the institution or. his deputy.
    • Scanning the diploma to be authenticated, that was issued by our departments.
    • Combine the scanned documents into one file.
    • Send from the institution email to the one of the University Archives Department the file bearing the name of the concerned party:This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

      • Scanning the authentication request signed by the concerned party, accordingly explained.
      • Scanning the document of the foreign institution, justifying the necessity of the authentication (registration at a foreign university, a document of an official institution).
      • Scan the diploma to be authenticated, issued by our departments.
      • Combine the two scanned documents into one file.
