Algiers 2 University organised the official launch of its doctoral training program for the academic year 2022-2023 on Thursday, March 23, 2023. The event was attended by the University Rector, Pr Said Boumaiza and his management staff, as well as the teachers’ members of the training commission and students who have succeeded at PhD competition.
The meeting started by the national anthem, followed by a the speech of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Pr Kamel Baddari, pronounced directly by videoconference, through which he congratulated all the students who have succeeded at the PhD competition, and commended the collective efforts which led to the success of this latter nationwide. The Minister also encouraged students to take their research preparation seriously, while referring to the newly developed initial training program in educational subjects, philosophy, English, and information and communication technologies.
The meeting was followed by the University Rector’s word, Pr Said Boumaiza, in which he expressed his acknowledgement to everyone involved in the transparent conduct of the competition. He also congratulated the students who have succeeded this latter and urged them to embrace the new vision of scientific research that positions the university as a driving force for development.
The meeting program also featured speeches from Professor Kamal Boumnir, the Vice rector of the University, as well as from representatives of the National Educational Commission for philosophy, educational subjects, English, and information and communication technologies.
