The University of Algiers 2 Abou El Kacem Saâdallah, participated on August 18th, 2020 in the meeting organized by the General Directorate of Scientific Research and Technologic Development (DGRSDT) of the Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministry. The meeting consisted on how to create, manage and organize the Research Laboratories, referring to the Executive Decree provisions N0. 231/19 of August 13th, 2013.
The meeting dealt with creating laboratories conditions and methods, and the way of managing and organizing them, adding to their main tasks and those of the laboratory Head and Council. It was discussed also about how to manage the budget, which is divided between equipment budget and the operation one.
The participant institutions enhanced the discussion which continued until the end of the meeting, through which they presented their situations.
