The Higher Education and Scientific Research Ministery' Principal Private Secretary, Mr Achour Boudjana, proceeded on Thursday, March 9th, 2020 to the appointment of Pr. Said Boumaïza, superseding Pr. Ammar Manaa.

The appointment ceremony of Algiers 2 University's new Rector took place in the University Rectorate with the presence of Executives and Officials of this latest, during  which Pr. Said Boumaïza thanked, through his speech, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Pr. Chemseddine Chitour, for the trust he put in him, indicating that he will work on applying the Ministery'snew strategy for the promotion of the Heigher Education sector. 

Pr. Said Boumaïza taught at Information and Communication Sciences Faculty and masters three languages: Arabic, French and English. He hold many responsibility positions, including the last one as rector of Blida 2 University and authored bisides many scientific works.
