The Rector of University of Algiers 2 Pr. Ammar Manaa received the Head of the German Academic Exchange Service “DAAD” of Arab Maghreb and North Africa, Mrs Renate Dierterich, to discuss about the program of the scholarships offered for the benefit of Algerian students in the context of DAAD program. The meeting took place on November 10th, 2019 in the Rectorate of the University in Bouzaréah.
The Head of DAAD of Arab Maghreb and North Africa indicated that the specialties falling under the DAAD program scholarships are various and taught in German or. English.
The mission of the German Academic Exchange Service “DAAD” consists on strengthening the academic cooperation between Germany and the other countries of the world, through the exchange of students, researchers and also teachers. Besides, DAAD supports a number of developing countries to build its educational systems.
