The University of Algiers 2 Abou El Kacem Saâd Allah in collaboration with the National Association for Helping Cancer Patients « El Badr » organized, on October 27th, 2019, a breast cancer awareness day, at the patio of Building C of Bouzaréah.
They participated in that day the doctors of the University Medical Centre and the students’ members of the National Association for Helping Cancer Patients “El Badr”. These later raised students’ awareness of the regular breast self-examination and the importance of the early diagnosis.
The participants distributed to the students, who liked this initiative, leaflets with advices for preventing this sickness and the precautions to be taken in case of the removal of the affected organ.
