In connection with the preparation of the International Colloquy on “Memory of the Spanish Republican Exile in Algeria” expected on October 20th, 2019 and organised by University of Algiers 2, in collaboration with Spanish Embassy in Algeria and Cervantes Institute; Pr. Ammar Manaa, the Rector of University of Algiers 2 with the Vice-rector in charge of External Relations and Cooperation, Dr. Assia Kaced, met the Advisor to Spain’s Ambassador, Mrs Eugenia Menendez Reyes and the Spanish Language Assistant, Juan Luis Roldán Romero.
The meeting that took place on October 2nd, 2019 at the Rectorate of the University in Bouzaréah included the broad lines of the colloquy organisation and the distribution of tasks between the members.
