The Rector of University of Algiers 2 Pr. Fatiha Zerdaoui and the new rector Pr. Ammar Manaa received on September 12th, 2019 in Bouzareah headquarters a delegation from the Turkish university Sivas. The delegation was composed of the Rector Mr. YILDIZ ALIM and the Vice-rector of External Relations Mr. AKSU ALI.

The meeting was marked by the signing of a cooperation agreement to improve the historical relations between the two states and to exchange teachers and students in all specialties including History and Archaeology.

The content of the agreement covers also the opening doors of Sivas University to Master and PhD students, as well as the opening of research fields and the supervision of theses of both university students, adding to this the co-organization of international colloquies.

The Rector of the university expressed her willingness to cooperate and exchange each of experience, students and teachers to strengthen the relations between both universities.
